- Payment timing
- The first payment is made when you sign up. After that, your plan renews and is paid automatically on the same day every month
- When the service becomes available
- After your payment is completed, it takes a short time (usually a few minutes) for your account to switch to the paid plan
- Application period
- No fixed period (you can sign up at any time)
- Contract period and cancellation
- Renews automatically every month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from "Settings" → "Change or cancel plan". After cancelling, you can use the paid plan until the end of the period you have paid for. You will not be charged from the next renewal date
- Returns and refunds
- Due to the nature of the service: We do not give refunds after payment (including pro-rata refunds). If we could not provide the Service because of a fault on our side, we will refund you individually.
- System requirements
- The latest version of Safari, Chrome or Edge (computer or phone). Posting to Instagram requires an Instagram professional account (Business or Creator)
