Referral Program Terms
Please read these terms before sharing your referral code.
1. Who can refer
People using the vacans paid plan. Each person receives one referral code.
2. Reward for the person who is referred
If you sign up with a referral code and then subscribe to the paid plan, your first month's fee is 20% off (regular fee [TBD] yen per month → [TBD] yen for the first month; the regular fee applies from the second month). This can be used once per person, across the web and the iPhone app. It cannot be combined with other discounts (the larger discount applies). The referral mark on your account is valid for 180 days from sign-up.
3. Reward for the person who refers
When the person you referred has paid for the paid plan for 60 days with no cancellation, refund or payment reversal, your next bill is 10% off. Up to one referral is applied per bill; any remaining rewards carry over to the following month. Up to 10 referrals per year. Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash or anything else. If you cancel your paid plan, any unused rewards are lost.
4. When you share
When you share on social media or elsewhere, please include a label that shows there is a reward, such as "#PR" or "referral reward". The text created by the share button already includes it. Please do not remove it.
5. Not allowed
Referring yourself or another account of your own; posting your code on coupon or discount sites or message boards; distributing your code through advertising; describing the Service in a way that is not true.
6. Cancellation of rewards
If item 5 applies, or if we suspect fraud, we may cancel rewards and deactivate your referral code.
7. Changes and termination
We may change or end the referral program after giving notice. Rewards already granted can be used until the deadline stated in our notice.
